Berry red smoothie
Adding red espresso® to your smoothie is an easy way of turning it into a super-smoothie! One shot of red espresso® has the same amount of antioxidants as a cup of blueberries – and tastes delicious. Try it with a range of different fruits and your favourite yoghurt.
Ingredients
- red espresso® Rooibos smoothie powder
- Ice
- Plain / vanilla yoghurt
- Berries (frozen or fresh)
- Banana (optional)
- Honey
Instructions
- In a blender, add:
6 blocks of ice
3 tablespoons of yoghurt
1 handful of fresh/frozen berries
1 banana (optional)
A healthy squeeze of honey
1 teaspoon red espresso® Rooibos smoothie powder - Blend and serve
